Default Louder horn??

Anybody have any experience or recommendations for louder horn(s) in 350Z? '05 Grand Touring 'vert has oem horn that seems kind of anemic.

depends how loud .. im sure there are plenty "louder" ones on ebay or other sites ..


but if you want to be LOUD .. then you need some of these baby's ..

installed some on my friends navigator in high school .. there awsome

Why do you need a louder horn? The OEM makes enough noise to get someone's attention.

good point. plus in some places the use of your horn excessively could result in your car getting a few bullet holes. prime example is the idiots in that video

+1 .. installed some on my Z32 .. those stock horns were WEAK

Most Jap cars have those--dunno why. I myself have been thinking 'bout gettin' a new one, too.

Atleast it doesnt sound like a honda... they def have the worst horns...

I'm with you. I hated the stock horns. They were no ways near loud enough for me. I got a set of these. They have a lot different sound than the stock horns also.

^^^ How do you like them ? What is the sound like low , deep , ect ? How easy was the install of the sport horns.

I think they sound a little more "European-ey". The way that I installed them was a pain. I stuck my hand in front of the radiator and connected them that way. I took off a lot of skin. If you take off the front bumper (which was in the instructions ) it's really quite simple. You just unbolt and disconnect the old and bolt and reconnect the new ones. It would have taken me less time to take off the bumper and do it properly than the way that I did it.
I'll see if I can post a sound sample. No promises though.

That sounds like air horns on steriods lol.Back in the day I use to have 3 air horns like the ones Solo-350z has in his pic those are pretty loud.

i purchase a set of these install them and didnt like them. it was used for less than a week. so still pratically new.

if any want it then i let it go for 35 shipped.
