i dont know bout your area, but in the riverside corona area i hear about people getting pulled over for white turn signals, by law they are supposed be amber , so yes id go with the stealth ones as well ( clear but flash amber )

 

Stealth Bulbs are chrome plated amber bulbs. There are no clear filament bulbs that flash amber. LEDs are close to getting a clear bulb that flashes amber, but you will get a hyper flash rate using LEDs unless you put in load resistors for each LED used.
