Front
Size: 18x8.0
Offset: +30mm

Rear
Size: 18x8.5

Use that. Plug in stock wheel specs and new wheel specs. It will tell you how much further the wheel will stick out, or be sunken in. With a 35mm offset it will look just about the same as stock. The rear wheels offsets are good though, although if you want the flush look you should look for a 19x10.5 +20ish, or 19x9.5 +10...15ish

I'd pass on those wheels.
