HI,

Our record shows up to 2009, but
2010 should be the same , please double check with your owners manual.

2009 FORD Escape

High & low beam headlamp
H13 (9008)

You have two choices for the H13=9008 (hi/lo and bi-xenon)
hi/lo means your low beam is HID and high beam is Halogen because this bulb type has two bulbs in one bulb base to go from low to high beam.
And the bi-xenon means both your low and high beams will be HID.

1.) You must join the Facebook group: hidextra.com and use the same name you used to purchase from us (so we know who you are, how to contact you and where to send your prize)

2.) You must have already purchased from us or become a new customer and have made your first purchase (bulbs pair or Kits)

3.) Every 50 New customers (new orders: bulbs pair or kits) that join the group, I will increase prize by another kit, so chances will be higher (So the more you refer friends to purchase and join group, the higher of chance you'll win since prize quantity will increase)

4.) Every purchase will consider as one entry (example: you purchased 5 kits, you will be entered 5 times)

5.) All Canada/International customer will just need to pay additional shipping fee of $35 (US residents do not need to pay additional shipping)

I had problems with my bulbs shortly after install (maybe 3 weeks). I called HID support and followed the tech dude's instructions. I returned both bulbs because while doing the test I melted the bulb cover from HID onto my GOOD bulb (Doh!). Shortly after, I received two brand new bulbs. Thanks for the great customer support, HID!!!

bump for more reviews.

I came here looking for some reviews and come to see that there are only 1 and a half reviews. I don't count the MDX review cause I cant relate to that at all. And there was a guy with a chitty phone camera (looks like he took pics in an earthquake).

My review for this review thread is FAIL on the highest level.
3 pages are mostly "Michelle" telling everyone that orders have been shipped (still waiting on pics, its not dangerous I promise)

What do you need pics of? the actual kit?

I bought some h4 from hidextra a couple of months back, i had an issue and they tried to resolve it real quick. Only to find out that my ground wire was loose so everything turned alright. We thought it was the harness and they didnt even hesitate to send a new one but i notified them in time that i didnt need the harness. I would recommend them. This was on my honda which is why i was using the harness.
