Id either tint them or get new headlights, no yellow.

I still don't understand why people want their lights to be yellow. I mean it's not a very eye pleasing color. Why not red, blue, or green. Not that those would be a lot better... But why yellow?

 

Yellow lights might be something someone would want to look more like a "racecar". The GT cars in the American Le Mans Series and the Grand Am races are required to have yellow light. It might be a French thing too.............

 

Yellow headlights have been used on race cars from Porsche, Acura and many others. The purpose from what I've read is when racing at night to reduce the white light glare. I was just considering a different look, but not sure which is WHY I posted this thread.

I decided to have them polished/buffed by a body pro.

It's garbage rice and illegal in most if not all States. Look at me, my headlight color ain't stock. Get in a wreck at night and your insurance company will have a field day with you.

First of all you do realize that putting overlays on your lights will cause them to create stress cracks on your headlights. Not only that yellow looks like straight ***!

 

why not just get yellow bulbs? it will look a lot better than getting vinyls

 

you should just paint the inside of your headlights black and call it a day
