are you talking about the reflectors? if so, then yes/no, for the drivers side no. but the passenger side has a windsheild washer resevior in the way, so if you have small hands or the right tools, you may be able to do it with the bumper on. I personally had to take it half way off and just pull it out a little to get some space to work.

your primary entry is through the wheel wells tho, you have to remove them either way to get to the bumper mounts.

I was in for a scheduled service @ AutoWay Nissan in Largo' Fl. asked the service writer to have my clearside reflectors installed...he said no problem. Great dealer... no charge, ask for Rob in sales if you want this kind of service. BTW.....this is unsolicited...I'm a business owner and when a car dealer treats a client in this fashion they deserve a shout-out.

turning the tires id sufficient, if you have a set of car jacks that too helps since itll let out the suspension, increasing your room to work.

no need to remove the tires tho.

that I havent tried, but have heard good things about a nice weight fishing line, I think I remember someone saying floss kept breaking, but you could give it a try.

my personal guess would be to let it sit out in the sun before hand, might help get the tape nice and gooey.

Blowdry it and use floss. Shouldn't be that bad. The only annoying part is taking off the rest of the glue stuck on the car after you take off the emblem.
