Default short antennas comparision

i been looking through various threads pertaining to the s2000 and is300 antennas and got a couple questions.

1. i heard the 03 s2000 antennas are the ones to get (for best fitment) for 03 350zs. is this true?
2. for the is300, what year antenna am i suppose to get?
3. how much longer, if so, is the is300 antenna than the s2000?
4. i listen to the radio a lot. is the reception any better w/ the is300 than the s2000 or are they all about the same? (question is prob speculative)

go for the acura rdx or a new dodge avenger antenna. these are the absolute best fit and the cheapest. i picked up a acura rdx antenna for like $10 shipped.

I have a shorty antenna that's polished silver from Courtesy Parts. It looks fantastic, it's short, it fits very nice (better than any others) and reception is just fine.

Perrin shorty Antenna. Fits perfect on the base. A little more expensive compared to the rest, but it is a really nice antenna

I've been using the RDX antenna for about a year now. I've noticed no loss of signal or range, even when driving outside of a station's range (loss of signal at about the same point as stock).

I actually have an antenna off of a Honda Element. Pretty much the same as the S2000 antenna. It's fit and appearance is dead on.

Dodge Avenger antenna:

Acura RDX Antenna:

Some complain about the gap the RDX antenna leaves at bottom:

Now the choice is up to you....
