Default 350z 06 tail lights purchase question

Hi 350z people

Take a look at this link and tell me if this is what is all that is needed to get 06 tail lights or do you need the entire combo assembly here.

Has anyone ordered lights from a place like this online (the website seems to be running the same purchase or inventory software/app as a lot of 'dealers' on the web though they all have different prices).

Also, can those of you that have purchased the tail lights directly from the dealer tell me what comes in the "box" per say, ei is there extra parts besides the lens and housing like bolts, seal, grommet etc?

Would be extremely cool if the $126.00 price is all that is needed. Too good to be true maybe!

Thanks guys

I beleive you would need the whole thing, #1 according to the pic, #7 would probably just send you the outer plastic housing and then lens, with no inner LED assembly.

That being said, I wonder if you can just buy the LED assembly and just open your old tails and convert everything yourself..

Just look around the marketplace for the authentic LED rears.

Courtesy has them for $430 (set), but I've seen them go for as low as $300 (set) in the forum.

The $126 price per light is the non LED tails. The LED tails will run around $200 and up a piece. All you need is the actual tail light. You can use all the old bolt covers and harness.

edit... Sorry i missed your link. If you get the actual OEM light for that price then its a steal. I cant get them for that much with an account at my local dealership!! Lastly when i order them from the dealer i have to tell them 07 cause it seems some 06 model year cars didnt get the LED tails.

Yeah, this makes me wonder...hmmm...why would they sell the two separate?

Hi waizzzz and 2k6-z33

From what I can see these are authentic. Not ebay knockoffs. I can actually put in factory part numbers in the search box and it will bring up any OEM part that way. So this is a way to bypass the high dealer prices. You should try it out!

You are right, $188 is an okay deal...I will keep the 07 thing in mind...I didn't know that some 06's came with non-leds. Thanks for responding

I might have to plunge down some reserve cash on the lower priced ones cause I am really curious what the $126 price comes with and this would be a total break through for others looking for Brand NEW 06/07 OEM tails for a consistent $300 dollar price...

The $126 price will be the non led regular tail light. Dont waste your money.

Thanks for the input...No luck at finding tails for under 400 shipped still besides waiting on the forums for some used ones. Could jump up to the JDM ones for around 50 more bucks. Thanks for commenting!
