Not going to pretend that for one minute that I'm a fan of that bumper... But I think we can all agree that you are obviously about performance and looks.
Now, I'd probably puke on your hood if the rest of the car was stock!

I don't get it, it seems like the Amuse has enough air openings maybe not?
May I ask why you decided to go this route? there are TONS of other front ends out there with more air openings and probably been tested for airflow and such, because I doubt the GTR knock off bumper was tested for aerodynamics or airflow, and etc...
I loved the way your car looked before
but if function over form calls for it then it's a must. hehe

are you :
1. using aftermarket fans?
I'm trying to, but Sam@GTM wouldn't return my PMs.. HAHA~ He must be busy or on a vacation...
2. running an undertray?
No undertray. I plan to create an airduct system similar to Amuse CSL. It will give the ram air effect for the intercooler and the radiator. Many of my friends with full out race cars swear by it.
3. have a vented hood?

4. whats ur water/coolant mixture
50/50, but I might play with different ratio.. What do you recommand?

PWR 40mm. I know it's not big enough, but I'm looking into buying a two-pass radiator as you recommanded.

i am thinking about doing the rear coolant pipe modification in which i get a bypass chamber /extra reservoir for coolant to get all the air out of the system all the time.
my next step is to get aftermarket fans, the lower thermostat, and possibly gut the back side of the engine fire wall area to get a gap from the hood and sheet metal..
if you still have your amuse front, see if you can get the esprit air ducts for the Z and install it higher up on the nose.. it will direct airflow to the top of your intercooler and to the radiator.

but if function over form calls for it then it's a must. heheIt's simple.. I didn't want to mess around with my Amuse, which is for my daily driving and car shows. It's nice to have a spare, whatever bumper, which I can do whatever I please...
When you compete in drift and TA events, bumpers get Fed up!

i'd first start running an undertray, you need to seal off the bottom of the car in order for the air flowing from the front bumper to be forced through the radiator and through your intercooler.
