Default trailer hitch wiring for an 07

I have installed a hitch for towing tires to the track. Has anyone done the wiring for a hitch. Do you need a power converter module or can you splice directly into the wiring for the lights?

Use one of the powered-style of light modules. I'm using a Modulite on my 2005.

I also ran all of the connections inside the spare tire area, and use a Molex connector so that I can remove the light module when I'm not towing.

How does a trailer hitch make it worthless on the track? Personally, I had one on a track car for when I took my bikes somewhere with me.

Also, I didn't splice directly into the wiring, so I wouldn't know about that. I used a kit that came with connectors.

I can get 4 275/35R18 wheels and tires in the car -- if I want two in the passenger seat next to me.

Sorry, but carrying tires in the car FTL (even though I've done it a few times)!

Having a trailer behind the Z gets me more thumbs up from other sports car drivers than having all of my gear crammed into the car.

Default thank you solution

Electrical completed. You do need to run a 12volt line to the a modulator as there is not sufficent amps in the light lines to power the hitch's electrical system. My car is primarily used for tracking and the trailer will allow me to take r compounds to the track. My 03 had sufficent space for four tires but with larger wheels on my 07 Nismo I needed a trailer. I use Lime Rock, the Glen, Lightning and Thunderbolt, and New Hampshire International.

Hey John, I also own a '07 roadster and would like to put a trailer hitch to transport my bicycle. Where did you buy your hitch? Any recommendations? Thanks!
