Those look pretty nice. They are called "Gatling-Gun Headlight's" due to the obvious resemblance. When I had an IS300, there was a guy who would do it and use the lense from Infinity Q45 (as mentioned above). He would ask for your headlights, plus a fee. I think they look really good, especially at night.

OMFG whose car is that man i want those headlights NAO...well they stand out to much in that pic i like the way its blacked out on the black car...I dunno i want either these or the 06+ones modded...

Those are the same exact set of headlights with just new owners. The original owner was Al of Al & Ed's Autosound out in Cali. I specifically remember him stating back in the day that his headlight output was diminished when he installed these modified lights as opposed to his stock '03 HID headlights.
