If I ordered an Amber set today. would it have the extra wire included?

Sorry, only the WHITE Z4 LED side markers will have the extra wires since the AMBER and BLUE Z4 are from the first run of production. Wires can be easily obtain from Radio Shacks. Thanks!

How bright is the white z4 lens? i'm thinking of switching them

 

I assume they are slightly brighter than the AMBER or BLUE since they emits white light! I'll post a picture with all 3 color Z4 LED for comparison tomorrow.

 

well i ordered my white set....hopefully they will be here today or tom and i will install them once they come in...i hope to have pictures up once i am done installing them...they should look real nice with my front led side markers...anywayz i just wanted to make sure also they come with directions? correct??

They come with 2 10000MCD LED inside. It is the most bright LED you can get.

No, that one is not for sale. It was a sample from Japan and it is "hand-crafted", would be very expensive for custom work.

alright andy...i got them like 2 hours ago and finished the install in roughly and hour or so...it wasn't that bad....since i have already installed sidemarkers i knew what to get and what to do...so i should have pictures up in an hour or so once the sun goes down over here in Virginia...thanks andy once again!

alright here are a few pics of tonight after the installation its kinda hard to depict the light output of the lights but i am pretty satisfied with the results...they look really nice, hope they hold up with the 3m tape..

Here is a side shot, late at night with the shutter speed set to half a second...it doesn't show the actual output but gives you a rough guess of what they are going to look like...i hope you like the pics...i am also 1 step away from clearing out my front end...i already have silver bulbs replaceing the stock turn signals, ares led parking lights and his 3 Luxeon LED Sidemarkers, and also the EVO-R Z4 side emblems *WHITE*, last step to clearing out the front end is getting Ares's clear headlight reflector strips in and opening the headlamp...should look good....but back to the pictures this is a side shot showing u the Z4 side emblem and the Luxeon LED Sidemarkers....Enjoy!

About how difficult is this install? I'll be ordering them tonight, just wanted a heads up of what Ill be getting into.

 

um...well if you have ever installed sidemarkers you should be pretty good at this...i would recommend using wire taps from radio shack or any local appliance store...i know radio shack has them in their little drawer thing...i would highly recommend taking the wheel off to reduce difficulty, i would imagine it would be pretyt hard to get around it...you need a flat head and filips head screw driver and a needle nose plyer....that should be about it....everything else is commented on in the instruction i will try and post a pic of the taps tom when i get a chance...well good luck if u need any help PM and i will get back to you when i can....good luck buddy
