Thanks! Instructions indicate to splice into the existing wires -- is this still the correct procedure? Or are wire taps included? Are the included wires long enough to connect?

Also, the screw to remove on the bumper for the passenger-side install -- the picture is kinda blurry ... where is that screw exactly?
