Hey guys, This is the last prototype (hopefully), I will test fit tomorrow and get some more pics up then its off to be test run on a car for a week or so! After that they will go into production. Few notes, From working with this in aluminum it is going to pick up a few minor scuffs/scratches in production, We are going to protect the showing, bottom side as best we can and try to keep them as clean as possible but they are not going to come out completely perfect. These are going to be in the $250 range, From the looks of it there are is a lot of interest and the more I run at a time the better pricing I will get.

After the last test fit and field tests I will be posting up in the sponsor area and possibly do a pre-order with a pre-order price
This will give me a better idea of how many I need to run on the first batch.

If this sounds good to all of you please let me know what you think. If you have any suggestions now is the time!

The vents are gone, Vents plenty well without them and saves almost .5" in ground clearance ( I know this is an issue so I have designed this to give as much ground clearance as possible.
It is pretty much level with the front fascia all the way back to the oil filter access door.
I have also moved the rear bend forward to accommodate the GTSpec front tie bar. There is plenty of room to get to the oil filter with or without the tiebar installed.

These will be made of 5052 .050" aluminum stock. This material is very rigid and durable, sure to last a very long time.

So is the final piece a 3 piece (2 main piece and the oil pan piece) or is it a 2 piece (1 whole piece and 1 oil pan piece)?

The main parts are 2 pieces, Then the oil access door. So 3 pieces total.
I made the 2 bigger pieces separate so they can be shipped by normal shipping means. Otherwise they would be oversize and be almost $100 to ship adding to your cost.

I am interested! Mine has taken two beatings and would like a new one. My questions is since your making a two pieces design do you think you would ever make the front piece for a Nismo v3 bumper? I am pretty sure the back could stay the same cutting design time and cost down and getting a larger customer base! I am looking at installing OEM v3 and id rather spend money on this then 400$ on OEM one for Nismo under plastic!

It could be done, I would need a car with the bumper thou.
Is the V3 the 08 nismo front fascia? Sorry for my ignorance with this but if it is the Nismo front fascia that comes stock on the 08 Nismo Z I can probably get my hands on it to make it.

What's Up! Looking forward to the test fit this Thursday. Trust me, I will field test the &*%@ out of it on my drive to St. Louis this weekend.

You never know who you are gonna run into in a RiteAid parking lot.

Your TT 300 sounded sick driving off.

Yes, I have test fit on 03 05 and 08's, They all use the same OE shield from what I have found.

check out the link below, from the looks it seems to just extend the stock one out to reach the end of the front Nismo bumper and think you just have to make front little longer and follow bolt pattern and your special touch! keep me updated this could make my mind up on this bumper.
