What are those lens? i mean the clear plastic that covers the headlight. Mine have like dots on the upper part of it... Where did you get them? thanks

Those are OEM. The part you are talking about " turning signal diffuser" can be removed once the light is open.

OP post up some night time shots of intensity. Hows the output? Satin black with HIDs how much output loss did you notice?

I believe projector lights ( which are the '06 and up ) do not depend on reflective housings as the light emits from the area behind the circlular lens.

**Light output is not affected at all
