I have an 04 Roadster that is giving me a navigation problem now. The door will open but the navigation unit wont turn on, about 2-5 seconds later when the navigation doesn't turn on the door will close again. I checked both the fuses boxes and couldn't find much that dealt with the Navigation. I did see a "electronics" fuse and that looked fine. I checked the Nav DVD and that looks ok... Can any one help me out?

You might want to provide a few more details. Did the problem occur spontaneously, or was there any other electrical problem/mod that might have caused it? Have you checked the troubleshooting section of the FSM?

 

If FSM means the owners manual yes I did check that. Nothing else changed I just tried to use the navigation one day and it didn't work.
