Default CF Hood Options needed

I Cracked the clear on my TS hood this morning just by closing it, Now i have researched a lil on the whole Cracked CF parts Dilema. It cannot be fixed I took the car already to the body shop to have it sanded down then paited the color of the car. I would like Opinions on what parts of the hood I should paint and which should i leave CF....??? Pictures strongly suggested.

how did you close your hood?

1) did you hold it about three feet in the air and let it drop?
~or~
2) did you put the hood down slowly into where it latches down then carefully push it closed?
(that's what your suppost to do)

I did the second one but since the latch had to be moved more down i have to press a tad harder and i used the palms of my hands. All I need is examples from people that have paited their TS Hood in an all solid color or leaving some CF exposed....

I say, don't expose any CF. Paint the whole thing. But if you're hell bent on leaving some CF exposed, expose the hood vents on either side. No more, no less.

I would leave the vents unpainted...If u paint the rest and dont like it u can always paint the vents later.
