Where to get Carbon Fiber / Colored Center Consoles/Gauges?

I'm about to drop a shitload of savings into redoing my sound system (subs, amps, speakers) plus adding in a kenwood DNX5140 head unit. While I'm doing this, I also wanna make the interior look more sleek and sporty.
In the above picture, notice the carbon fiber center console + three display gauges + piece above the speedometer/steering wheel. How do I get my console to look like that?
Are they actually sold or do they have to be painted like that or what?
Thanks to whoever helps
I'd suggest PMing CustomCFCreations (previously Tonester1011. He's a sponsor on here now and does some very nice work. Standard CF, colored, etc. Here's a link that was posted yesterday of some of his recent stuff.

Use the search function for "Carbon Fiber" and you will get a ton of results. It will give you an idea of who to use, and not use.
If you want to spend the money, you can sendyor pieces off to companies like Apsis for prices up tp $1500. You get quality work done, though.
You can use Evo-R, RSW, or a similar company and get an overlay. These range in price from up to $800 for a solid overlay piece to $100 for a vinyl stick on. Shop around on this one.
Or, if you are feeling adventurous, you can get carbon wrap and do it yourself. DryCarbonWrap.com, CarbonFiberGear.com or dragonplate.com have carbon fiber materials and some instructional videos that can give you an ideas for the level of difficulty involved in the installation.
I did a lot of research on this and decided to go with the dry carbon fiber vinyl. My motivating factor for this was time and cost. I really can't justify spending nearly or over $1000 for this mod. In my particular situation, I only spend 30 days a year in the United States with my Z. The week to two weeks it would take to have the parts sent off and done would mean I would spend my vacation without a car.
If you have the money and time to have it professionally done, go for it. If you want a quality overlay that is a reasonable cost, that's a good middle option. If you feel you can wrap it yourself, you can save a lot of money. The reality is that this is purely a cosmetic addition, so thereare many different levels of options and quality. Search through the forums an get some opinions on companies that make these products. Several people here have got great work done and have also been burned.
