not to sure actually. I'm not the one shipping the items off the engineer is! i didn't get them shipped out today though. I brough them to him with the glue attached and he wanted me to get as much glue as i can get off of the lights before shipping them...which makes since. So, ill be working on that but i've been super busy with work. Will be getting them out soon, though.

ultimate bump and hopefully not a fail thread, lol.

Ok...i have some updates on the headlight lenses. I sent out the lenses to a 3M corporation partner out in china. Well, the package got sent back to me 3 months later even though the address was correct, customs?

Anyhow, i sent them back out and i received a email from them saying they have finally gotten the lenses..yaaaaaa. It only took $200.00 dollars to ship and months on end for them to get them, lol. Within the week according to them i will have a qoute of how much the tooling for these lenses will cost me. So, we are making some progress. Just wanted to update everyone, thanks. This corporation in China is the same company that does all the tooling for 3M. The only way i was able to get in contact with them was through a hook up that i have...(lead engineer for 3m).

I was thinking about 10k for the tooling with my hook-up. I guess i'll see soon if i can back this up financially. Still paying for school and all kinds of stuff.

I'm not sure I'm understanding this right?

It seems you have a hook up with someone in 3M, is this what your trying to say?
