body kits or Oem?
My nephew put my Z in a ditch and I have to replace the front bumper. I was thinking of changing the Oem bumper to something a little more sporty with out going broke.
I don't know about product reliability...so hoping you guys can help. Here are the links of the 2 kit's i'm looking at.
Link 1 AIT Racing SRS Body Kit
Link 2 HB VFiber PURE-FRP N2 5-piece Body Kit

okay well the secound link is called the nismo v2 front bumper and idk about that replica if it is good or not soo i wouldnt trust it. if you were to get one just get the nismo v2 or you can keep the OEM. and get a front lip wich can be better sometimes. but then its all your choice.
Me personally I am not a fan of the first one. I am in the process of getting the front bumper from the
2nd one installed on mine just from a different company called Shineauto. A lot of these cheaper kits usually have serious fitment issues and by the time you end paying the extra cost to make them look right you might as well have just bought a kit of higher quality. Go to Shineauto and check out some of their replica kits. They have a good reputation for quality and fitment. I have also heard good things about auto infantry.

I like the stock look. I don't see the 350Z needing to be a car that needs riced up, ya know? If you had a 93 honda coupe that might be different, but the 350Z looks like pure sports car stock.
If you put a body kit on the front, you can't go back lol cuz you wouldn't have OEM front end you could swap back on when you decided you didn't like it.

i had a 96 galant throughout high school w/ a invader body kit. lesson learned; if you buy a "FRP" aka fail ricer product and drive through bumps and potholes its time consuming and sometimes expensive to fix.have you ever heard of duraflex? look it up. duraflex would be my choice. then again lip kits are just as good. in the end do some research and look at the galleries. its your car and you decide. choose a good bodyshop too.
just my
I just put on a Nismo V2 replica a couple of weeks ago and love it. It's more sporty but IMO it doesn't look riced out. Word of advice, it has nothing to do with the style you buy, what matters is the vendor making it. Some replica makers like Shine have a great reputation for quality and fitment. It is worth spending a couple of dollars. Otherwise you could pay a shop a lot of money getting cheap crap to fit right.

Have heard nothing but good things about Auto Infantry as well.
Nismo V2 front bumper looks very nice!
OEM preferred, although, a front lip or even the Nismo front bumper is nice. I don't know why people put all these ridiculous cheap looking bodykits on. It makes the Z look really cheap.
Heres what you should look at if you want something like #2 https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-an...nt-bumper.html and heres where you get if from, only $425 with free shipping http://www.gruppe-s.com/350z/zext.htm
