Front fenders are a replacement they are 10mm wider. The rear are over fenders that are 30mm wider.

The whole thing is costing me 7000 including the kit. Body shop work costs 5K but I am having some additional things done with the car. I am having the paint color changed and interior parts painted, he also had to mod the kit just a bit since there were issues.

My guy has had my car for a while now. I am in a military school and am in no hurry to get my car back so there isn't a rush on it. He will have had it for 4 months when it is all said and done.

My situation isn't the norm so I wouldn't use this a a barometer for cost and time.

Now that being said, if the kit is jacked up in any way there will be additional cost to make it look good. Me personally, I cant stand when people have bad kits and they say just paint it and put it on, i dont have the money to make it look right, or they just put the kit on with primer and dont have the money to get it painted, (HONDA GUYS).

No i TOTALLY understand man and i really respect/admire your patience! I guess i'm just a bit nervous but I in no means will cheap out on this project. I just wanted to get an idea of what to set aside because I also plan on adding a vortech and re-doing my interior.
Just budgeting a head of time to stay on the safe path w/out my GF beatin the sh*t outta me. D

Widen the rear bumper? The rear fenders flare back in so that the rear bumper doesn't need to be widened. It would probably look sick it it was wider totally in the rear but the work is already done in the rear, he is working on the front bumper right now.

More pics very very soon

I will be taking the car to cars and cafe at the end of february if you want to see it in person.

Right on man, it still boggles my mind how similar our situations with our cars ended up being...heres a a link to what the my Z's rear looks like with that work done. The rear fenders were also flared right over 1" so it will give you a good idea what it would look like.

Oh sweet. The ones I have are some Seibons that I got a while back. Probably a couple years ago. It was advertised as +10mm. Maybe yours is another make. Or I've been abusing things I shouldn't have again.

Pic update:

I decided to close off the vents next to the mirrors i didnt like the mesh look plus i didnt want to worry about water getting in there and creating future problems. I think it will look better this way plus it will be different from other people who have this kit.

Front fenders needed some work, the fitment sucked overall to be honest. I am not sure what he had to do to fix it but basically where it bolted up the the car was off.

Here is the add to the shop I am using.

Mad Mods
1306 South Dixie Highway (West)
Pompano Beach, Florida 33060
Cell: 954-410-8450
and their shop number is: (954)785-7267
or send your inquiry to:
madmods001@aol.com

They will come and pick up your car with their enclosed trailer, so distance is not a problem.

Shop Hours Mon. thru Fri.: 8am to about 8pm Saturday: depends on how far behind they are! Sundays: They try not to work Sundays...
