Default Carbon Fiber Door Handle Covers....

Does anyone have any experience with this part?

Not to take away from CarbonCFCreations latest (from what I can tell he does amazing work). But my car is no where near "show car" level , so I don't want to spend an arm and a leg on this. Just looking to add a little flavor to the NISMO.

Kinda sucks that it covers the manual key hole, would blow if your battery dies which it eventually has to.
Is it real CF? Looks more like a print, but more than suitable for regular folk like us

Well they have another kit that is actually seperate little pieces with the key hole open. and it's a lot cheaper. Here is the link/pic:

Confused as to why it posted the pics twice, I even tried to edit the post but it only shows 1 pic of each on the post. I am confused!

I'm interested in these, too. However, from pics that I've seen, when you use the overlays there's still a lot of silver that shows from certain angles. You could probably paint the door handles black, then use the CF overlay. Alternatively, my plan is just to paint the door handles black and leave it that way, with no overlays.

CarbonCFCreations does amazing work but I actually have these on my handles, the first kit not the second one. The second one is cheap looking. I bought it from the Z store who buys them from EVO-R. They are good quality and cover pretty much the entire door handle. They are applied by 3M tape so they stick well, but you can take them off too without a problem if you get bored. The only problem I had is if they are not lined up perfectly, when you open the door handle, it will rub against the carbon. So I think they look nice if you dont feel like painting your door handles.

do you need to take the handle off or is it completely overlay over the handles while still on your car, a little confused only because second picture shows handles off the car...
