A saw. Never heard of wanting to cut this out anyway. Oh, use black mesh for the grill.

I'm sure a body shop could cut that out for you and patch it up

the horizontal piece will lose some rigidity and become a bit flimsy (may or may not matter to you) if you remove the towhook piece. in my opinion, just paint that little section black, to go with your black mesh, and paint the rest of the bumper whatever color you want.

otherwise like he said above, just go to town on it with a saw.

You can saw off and shave down np, but as stated earlier it will make the middle horizontal support weaken. A body shop can do this np.

Also, YES, put the mesh in!! Ive seen it in person both ways and it looks horrible without mesh unless you have a FMIC.

Check the media section for a thread titled something along the lines of "V2 redone or remade" or something. He cut out the entire grille area on the V2 and it looks pretty damn good.

I think if it's painted black you won't be able to see it that much anyways.

I don't care if a replica fits perfect, I don't put knock off parts on my car..

Also ya I guess I will just leave it on. Where do you get the tow hook for this bumper ? (i'd prefer black)

If that's the case then what is with the front lip in your album photo? Looks like it doesn't fit on the passenger side.
