status: run around week after week, caught them blatantly lying saying half of my kit is already ready and painted located at DTM autobody. confirmed with DTM this is not the case. refund issues ensued but eventually resolved. will not be continuing my order with them.

Status: I never once received a reply from AI saying they received my payment. Which was highly unprofessional. Try contacting them several times but I never got a reply.

I goofed this up all on my own by listening to Eric and sending my payment as a gift to avoid fees thought i was helping didn't realize i was shooting my self in the foot by doing so. I also forgot to switch payment from checking to my charge card as i had sent money to family the day before. So no credit card help either..sigh
As far as communication its spotty at best. Ive been told numerous lies already and when you do get ahold of them its as if your talking to a machine as they have no idea what your order is or who you are they just give blanket statements such as orders are going out blah blah.

Update: Got photos of my kit painted sent to me. The kit wasn't painted as I asked (two-toned black fins). I will need to contact Cris tomorrow. Also, no word from AMEX yet.

Well Cris said they will repaint the front with matte black fins and vents. And the thread goes marching on and on...

 

heh there's a shocker. while we communicated he asked me like five different times what my order was for. always blamed not having his notebook with him.

 

Yep or that he's been dealing w/ "a thousand texts and calls" ... Paypal refund in process. Takes 24-72 hours.
