Anyone else experiencing any problems with Coastal Metals, the people who run www.350z-accessories.com? They took my money two weeks ago for a stainless front grille and I've not heard a word from them. I've sent them email but they haven't responded. I called the two telephone numbers on their web site but get an answering machine.

Hopefully these guys are just on vacation or something, but I'm beginning to get that bad feeling.

 

Well, I finally got someone to respond to my email. They said that they would ship my order pronto. They didn't know why it didn't ship.

I'll update this thread once (if) I receive the part.

 

I wouldn't worry about it too much just yet...they seem to have a decent reputation on the S board.

 

I had the same experience, although I think it just takes them 2 weeks to process....which seems a bit much, but I got the part this afternoon 3 days after it shipped.
