Default After paint guide?

I just got my z painted to magnetic black from chrome silver. paint didn't come out that great and this shop is telling me that it will look better if i wait a month and start polishing and waxing. is this true? i had some damage parts around my driver side door and he said the paint is wavy? and he put some sort of compound on it. i'll take some photos if i get off earlier today but it looks like i got ripped off. question.. what is the proper after paint guide?

since you were doing an entire color change why did you sick with nissans crappy paint? What there saying doesnt make sense in terms of it looking like that can you post some pics. The only time ive seen what your talking about it when there using a different type of finish but in your case it doesnt sound right

I think there BSing you, I would take it to another shop for there opinion and take there fix qoute back to the other A-Hole and tell him to fix it or refund you.

Just a question, where you have this done and did you pay 4000$+?

Sounds like he might be talking about color sanding and buffing.

90 days is kind of the unofficial rule. I guess, that's what I was taught anyway.
