Default Windows roll down on their own...

I parked my car for the winter. I was doing some unrelated work on the car (speakers) and killed the battery with the drivers door switch module disconnected. When I reconnected it with a almost dead battery (didn't know it was almost dead) the windows rolled them selves down.

Now that I have replaced the battery with a new one every time I turn the ignition off after driving, or unlock the car both windows will roll all the way down by themselves...

Anybody know what the hell is going on?

Just like to say that yes, I did search. This doesn't seem like the typical window problem that we have because it's both windows doing the exact same thing and not just one window acting up.

I'm going to try the reset tomorrow morning and see how that goes anyways though.

I am just tapping it. I am aware of the feature that if you hold it for a few seconds the windows roll down.

That sucks lol.. Is it the switch module with the window switches on it that you had to replace?

I had the battery disconnected for a half hour, that should have done it I think.

I'm going to take the door panel apart and check for bent pins in the connector, I remember somebody else having that problem before.

No new progress today unfortunately... I'm going to check out the pins in the connector in the door tomorrow. I'm crossing my fingers that is it, I have a road trip for a car show next weekend and this window thing is getting annoying real quick

Mine has a similar problem but I have no idea what's causing it. It's only the passenger window, but when I use the auto-roll up feature they go all the way up, then the passenger window goes back down like to 75% up. So to get the window closed I have to tap it down before it gets all the way up, then inch it up with the manual up to the top (not the auto roll up).

Nothing is blocking it from going up, the battery wasn't disconnected when the problem started, but it was winter when it first started happening, and it's only the passenger one, the drivers side works fine. I probably should make a thread but I knew I should search and try here first.
