Default Seat Belt Question

My 350Z Roadster was in an accident, and the passengers seat belt is locked & needs to be replaced. Does anyone know if the seat belts for the Roadsters & Coupes are the same? I found one for a Coupe, but i want to make sure it'll work before buying it.

I called my local Nissan dealer, even gave them the serial numbers from both cars, but they still couldn't answer my question.

unless the driver wasnt wearing a seat belt, both would need to be replaced - even if the drivers side "appears" to be fine...

If that's the case Jason, then i hope the driver wasn't wearing the belt! I bought the car damaged in Florida, so i can't answer that. The drivers belt does appear to be fine though.

The car was hit right on the drivers door. The only 2 airbags that went off in the car were the passengers dash, and the drivers seat. Not sure if that helps determine whether the belt was buckled or not...

you may wanna look into replacing both............

any blood in the car?? etc??

It was only a light hit, caught it right square in the middle of the drivers door. Are you asking if either of the belts in it were cut? If so no as i said the drivers one appears to work fine, while the passengers one is locked.

Anyone know where i might find a second hand belt? They are fairly pricey at the dealer.
