Default Headlight adjustment Left and Right?

I have a 2005 base model and I installed 6000k 55w DDM hid's yesterday and last night I tried them out for the first time. I was quite disappointed... The drivers side seems likes it's aimed way to low and has 3 huge hot spots on the ground, the passenger side seems like its to high and its pointing way to far over towards the drivers side and appears like the light needs to be adjusted to the right a little bit. I have read the sprit aiming guide and aiming them up and down doesn't seem to be an issue and I have a place picked out tonight to park in front of a wall to measure and adjust. Is there anyway to adjust the 03-05 lights left and right?

I researched before I bought the hid's and found a pic of them installed on a Z with 03-05 headlights and my beam pattern looks nothing like the pic I saw before I decided to buy... my Z looks cross eyed compared to the pic below LOL!

Side Note: I had a 2003 touring Z and the headlights looked great... my 05's beam pattern looks horrible and I hope you all can help.

The left is supposed to be aimed lower than the right to not shine in oncoming traffic's eyes, how much lower though I do not know. I do know it is quite noticeably lower.

I just tried out the new adjustment and at 27.5in (sprits recomendation) I think they are to high... I am going to lower them to 26in but they look worlds better after a vertical adjustment!
