Default Seat belt problem

Hi I just got some seat belts from eBay and when I have them out of the car they won't pull out, not as if they were stucked totally, but still won't move more than a 1/4" or so. Am I doing something wrong or ?? tried to plug them in to the car as well but no luck
Any help would be appreciated

Regards Micael

Thanks man, well I might see if I can do that now, but thinking of sending them back as one of them don't look good. I guess it would still be a good thing to try

Seat belst have a devise in them that won't let them pull out if they aren't at the same angle as if they were in the car.

^+1... you have to have them at the right angle for the belt to come out otherwise they lock.

Tried holding it in many different positions, but no difference at all. I guess they are just bad, any other things to try ??
