HID Conversion
Hey Everyone.
New to the forum.
I am going to purchase some new headlights from http://store.everythingcarparts.com/...29511-1-2.html
Now i guess if you have factory HID kits already, you need some kind of converter from the D2R to the H1 bulbs? Does anyone know where i can purchase this?
Also, i heard the 10000K HID's can seem more dim than the 8000K HID's.
Is this true? Id rather have brightness over the blue-ish light.

yeah higher up the spectrum you go the less bright HID's will seem, 3000k are the brightest but look yellow, 10000K is really dim and very ricerish blue. I am not sure what our stock temp is but 4300k I had on my old car is perfect, white and lots of illumination.
I just had a thread regarding these things (don't worry I'm not going to say search newb) and everyone seemed to recommend against these. Apparently it's not a good product? Although no one would actually give reasons. In for the verdict!
