I don't think its totaled. I have an 06 with 56k miles and someone hit and ran my car while it was parked, leaving 8 grand in damage to the front end (all cosmetic besides radiator support) and they didn't even think of considering it totaled. I would be pissed if I were you and they totaled it for that...I'd say that's probably like 4 grand in damage

 

Replace the windshield, pop it out as much as possible, fill the rest in with bondo, and hide it with a cf roof overlay LOL jk.

 

I would pray they total it if I were you... You will never be able to get a windshield to seal the same way around that area again, just looks like a headache. Move along into a newer car, there's tons of Zs out there that want you as a driver
