Yep I'm pretty sure that's illegal in most staes, But it does look very cool.

 

when the headlights are on, those small lights aren't that noticable. mine are also pretty blue, well actually blue-ish purple and i've haven't had any problems

appears to just be a blue LED (might be a bulb, but there LEDs elswhere)parking light. bit tacky for my tastes, but looks like a showcar. and yes the lights are barely visible with headlights on, just overpowered. tho a color difference that big may alter it a bit.

 

Looks more like LED to me... I have some left over blue Luxeons after working on my dad's gauge cluster.

I can make that right now, but I'm too tired to take everything out and pop out my white lights just to see what the blue one looks like.

All I can say is that it WILL be brighter.

 

they are leds, if u like drilling into your stock headlights go for it, make sure to use pleny of silicone to seal it back up

 

Not needed.... just replace the 194 parking lights.
