hey everyone, so I sent out an email to Cianci and it seems that the project is not dead and they are still considering making the undertrays happen. They just need a solid commitment and a design. I will keep everyone posted on the possibility of a group buy with deposits or whatever the people at Cianci would like to see to make this happen.

Thumbs up front bumper

Hi there everyone.
I was thinking about something else rather then what's on right now.
The front bumper. I have been running into alot of issues lately with any
after market bumper "they would either break or get F@#$ed up from
being lowered", and the front fog lights or day-running lights are not yet
adapted in the 350z. what I'm trying to go with is a simple near to stock
look "the idea of maintaining the stock look is to keep the bumper away
from rubbing against anything and keep any accessory that fits into
the stock bumper to be fitted into that bumper" without those boring
reflectors, deleted emblem, and please no more cheep fiberglass.
I'm so sick of it.
how about the rest of you guys what do you thing about this idea?
I'll be the first buyer....

With the other vendor releasing the kit, we decided to not produce the design. Normally we only produce unique new designs..

I think its safe to say, no one was going with the other vendor? Everyone was pretty much holding out and waiting on you guys. It seemed like you guys would of brought a much better product to the table. It's a big disappointment hearing this cause I was one of those many "possible customers" that's been following these threads since day one.

doesnt help build faith being that you wanted people to pay up front to get things started, then tune changed that the rear was being created then all of a sudden a complete flop.
wouldnt consider you guys again.

+1 on a bad start.

If it turned out anything like the concept picture with the diffuser and it wasn't made of fiber glass, it would be a completely different and better product, by far than your competitors.

Well out of the 2 months we had the bumper listed on our site and trying to promote the design we had (1) Person that paid for the bumper that we ended up just refunding. We are a small humble shop that really can't afford to hope that the product sells once it enters the market. The owners of the company were worried because the design is somewhat different but still a copy of the amuse part and still falls into the category of a copy. Our tooling department cost for one of our molds usually runs around $4,000-5000.00 . So making sure that the shop/owners can make a profit and get there investment back is really important.

CIANCI USA is dedicated to new unique designs and would love to build some great parts for the 350Z. I personally love the Z and can't wait untill I can find the right product that we can get a group buy to actually pan out.

I will keep working on some unique designs and keep going with some ideas. We still have 1 shop 350z car instock to build parts on, so I hope I can get the green light on a project really soon so everyone on this forum can see the additional quality products we can build.

Let us know how we can help

Anything you create would run that risk....including the ferrari style bumper you have already done with no interest from the public at the start.

Correct, but if it is a copy design you have to compete with the original manufacture and then everyone who copys the design (Vis, extreme dimensions, etc..)

The front 599 bumper is actually doing ok, our 599 hood is a little slow to start..

I know the owners would feel more comfortable getting a large amount of interest in a new unique design because they don't have to worry about competition on the same design .

I look forward to working with you Vex.

So wait, the amuse style rear with built in diffuser is off the table now?

What about that flat undertray that pretty much every track guy on this forum wants?

Well how about we get the ball rolling on that one then. I've been wanting one for almost a year now but NOBODY makes one.
It will be a custom job.

So how about it?
