We wouldnt need 30, but usually 10 people commited to a project can make things happen. We don't really do one off unique parts.. There is so much prototyping costs that we never come out on it.
I'm sure in time we will come up with something that the 350z community would like and we can produce.

Ok, out of the people who signed up on this list a little bit ago, who would still be interested at 600 + 250s/h in Vinyl Ester fiberglass. With the same type of design and a Naca duct for the differential.

Well using the above for reference. This undertray can be easily done in four or even eight small pieces to help with shipping! Additional diffuser pieces i.e. rear diffuser/front undershroud can be attached seperately. These are just ideas in how this can be completed. Using the bolts that are already going into the car a metal undertary can be quickly bolted up. Way more durible than fiberglass and if damaged can be cheaply replaced depending on where the damge is rather than a whole unit. Now going off the assumption that most have been underneath a car or know what the custom 350z undershroud looks like. You understand where I'm coming from when I say that the pieces can interlock just like the cover for the oil filter does. Needed cutouts will be of course the flanges for the exhaust so that there is room for movement. I know I'm not a racecar driver or my user name isn't green or blue. This shouldn't be too hard to make and save the template for future/custom orders.
Those with single exhaust will definetly need a rear diffuser to cover up the huge void that is between the rear diff and bumper....
BUMP!

I know a metal one would be more durable, but as you said you dont race your car. Most of the people that will buy this is because they track there car a lot, like myself, and a metal one will weigh more than a composite one. Maybe only a bit, but a bit is still something.
Needless to say, that composites can be reapired very easily too. Probably even easier than metal.
