Thanks guys. Like I said, I have no experience with sanding and primar so I'm going take it to a shop to get an estimate. So I'll take it to a shop and let you guys know. As for tires, should I do 295/30, 285/35, or 285/30. I know they all work, just wanted a quick opinion. Wheels are 19, and I just need them for my rears - 10.5" width

Maybe Zcar Garage in Fremont does this kind of work.
ZCG is in San Jose, but they don't do rolling.

ZCG rocks. 285/30 is a much shorter tire than 275/35, so you may not have even needed the roll with that tire. What are the specs of your wheels?

My rear wheels are 19x10.5 et30. My car is very low, not exactly sure how many inches but there lowered with Megan coilovers. I have bf goodrich g-force kdw 275/35 right now and that barely cleared it. But I've noticed that my bf goodrich tires are pretty skinny compared to other 275's, ESP the bridgestone potenza. So I figured I'd just roll my fenders since I prolly had to anyways, maybe even if I got 275's. I had tried 295/30's a few months back and it would rub before fender roll. But I think I'll go with 285/35 cause I found a good deal on them.

As for the paint chipping I think I'm going to take it to maaco. What do you guys think? I don't want take it to a random body shop.

ET30 is a good offset for a big tire, are you sure that's the offset? We ran a 305 on our 10.5+28s withOUT a roll, so you could go 285 or 295 without issue.

Again, I'd cut them and bead them with silicone like someone else said. I had the fender lips of my 300 cut about 5 years ago. You've probably seen the car and couldn't even tell. Please don't go to MAACO for anything that you care about. If you need a good, reputable, local shop, call William's Auto Body: http://www.williamsautobody.net/
That's who ZCG (and I) have used for a dozen years. William is the man (he will be painting my 350 track car next month!)

Don't do maaco, you'll end up with even more crap.

Least expensive option: Sand it down, primer and undercoat like the rest of the inner wheel well. That would be an easy DIY fix for less than 20$. Make sure u tape off everything so you don't get over spray where you don't want it.

Or

Chop shop option: Have a shop trim and seal those nasty crusty flaps off.

Or

Bling option: Get the rear quarters completely repainted, but get it done right or it'll look even worse than some paint chipping in the wheel well.

the paint would have been coming off there if you were rubbing tires anyway,, stop complaining and be happy you got it done for free, although it looks like you might have to do it again if you want to go real low, Its not fully rolled

thats probably the dumbest thing anyone has said in this thread. Stop complaining and be happy? i dont care about the $80, and they didnt either because they knew they messed up. So your telling me if you got your fenders rolled and that happened on both sides, when they promised it wouldnt, you'd be happy if they said you dont have to pay $80 for it? geez, some of the things people say, really gets you thinking.

As for maaco, im def not taking it there after you guys said how bad it is. So i took it to my body shop, which ive been to a few times, and they quoted me $150 to fix it. So basically there just gonna sand it down, primer, paint, etc. But just in the inside, nothings going to be painted over the fender where noticeable. So thats good, and i wouldnt care if the paint didnt really match because it wont be noticeable.

As for the tires, i went with 285/35 since you guys recommended that. It looks great. It really filled up the space and is flush now. My 275/35 were really stretched and didnt look too good even with the car being really low. And with an offset of 30, no i wouldnt have room to fit anything over my previous 275/35 tires. That barely cleared it, and thats with bf goodrich g-forces's which ive noticed are very skinny compared to other 275's. If I had bought bridgestone potenza re050's in 275 they would rub for sure, because those run wider. So either way i needed to roll my fenders, and now I feel better that im getting them fixed. All in all im glad i did it because it def looks and feels better with bigger tires.

And thanks for everyone that helped and spoke your opinions. You guys really helped me and I appreciate it. Really. To take the time and help someone you dont even know shows the greatness of the country we live in.

Nope, you saying your gonna take your car to maaco might be the dumbest thing said on here. Just man up and go to a body shop, have them either finish the rolling and sand down and re-paint it.

Gameover....

That sucks, they rolled my g35 rear fenders with no chipping earlier this year... Can't remember which guy did it for me but I watched and he heated it well with a heat gun and went over it with a fender rolling tool with no problems.
