Default Does dynamat have to be removed to change window motor?

After 6 years my drivers side window motor finally gave out. I dynamatted my entire doors about a year ago just wanting to know if its possible to access the motor without peeling off all that dynamat. if anyone has any tips it would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Around the bolts yes, as well as around the seam separating the inner skin from the rest of the door. If you can't access the bolts you can't remove the inner skin in the first place, and without that, you're not chaning the motor
