I am re-painting the scratched POS plastic and need to remove this to paint it.
I would like to remove everything that is black plastic around the vent

Anyone know how?
As a side note; All this black rubber paint from the factory is sprayed over a gray enamel paint, the plastic is BLACK to begin with! I don't understand why they even paint it!!!! At least the door handle covers are like this.
<-- prays he doesn't have to remove the door panel!

ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lost the bolt down in the door!!
So I pulled the back some of the door just enough to see behind the vent, it seems I will need to pull the panel off as it has a few screw holding it from the inside, as well as to retrieve the screw I dropped.
