Looks like Voltex Type 3 with 275mm mounts, I have the same ones on my Type 4..

Can you post more pictures of your Voltex? So it is the mounts that make it higher..hmm!

If I'm not mistaken, they're made in Japan when ordered. You can order the length, sides, and risers/mounts of your choice. Took me about 3 months to get mine.
