The ASM is without question the best quality hood I've seen to date from any manufacturer

In all fairness to original manufacturers it takes serious $$$ to make a quality product!! replicators just buy an original & use to make a mold. this mold will then be used until it is no good...and then sometimes it's still used!!!!!

You get what you pay for!!!

 

Quality costs especially if something is made in small quantity and shipped abroad

Expensive and overpriced are not synonyms. Overpriced (to me) is something that costs more that throw away money and doesn't fit perfectly.
