Default Car is keyed...

Well, my z got keyed...now for the 2nd time. Whole car pretty much, had an employee that was creeping on some girls at work so I had to speak with him to make sure it wasn't going to happen anymore. Needless to say, the employee wasn't happy with our conversation.

Anyways, the car is Redline and insurance came out and quoted me $2700 for a full paint job. So the point of this thread, does anyone have a pic of that satin red wrx?? It was floating around the forums, can't find it. Searched but no luck..Found the matte red m3, but I didn't really like that color but I remember liking the WRX.

Don't feel like taking pictures of my whole car keyed, but I will prior to the paint job for a before and after. Thanks for the help!! Hoping that a satin red will be something unique that I don't think has been done w/ a z, and that way I can save some money on the door jams etc.

So... is the ex-employee paying for the damage? Or did you deal with him yourself?

EDIT: Sucks though, sorry to hear about that. People don't have any respect for other people's property anymore.

$2700 damage probably puts it in the felony range. I hope you filed a police report. I'm be surprised the insurance company would pay for it if you didn't report it.

I had an 03 Z that was keyed in the walmart parking lot 2 years ago and Allstate did not require a police report due to Walmart saying my car could not be seen on camera. Some insurace companies don't require it.

Nope didn't file, called the police and they basically said w/ no real proof (camera etc) there is nothing I can do. State Farm didn't request a police report either, they just sent someone out and appraised the damage.

edgui12 - AWESOME thank you

My paint guy was saying that the matte finish is really hard to upkeep based on my car being daily driven. So now i'm not sure what to do...hmm

Why bother with mismatching door jams and engine bay? Spray it with redline and move on

Yea, the anger subsided when I realized I'd get fired for doing something. So now, it's a waiting game lol.
