Default GT-R Steering Wheel

Would a Nissan GT-R steering wheel fit on a 350z? I hate the stock 350z wheel (personal taste).. But I would not sacrifice safety for anything (by getting an aftermarket one w/o an air bag)

That would look odd given the size of the wheel, also I imagine that would be pretty expensive unless you could find a used one.

There are plenty of wheels that allow you to use an airbag, there are a few mentioned in this thread:

My 370z friends are replacing their start buttons with the red font versions from the GT-R.

I wanted to tape one to my dash to be cool but I don't think it's going to happen.
