Carbign Craft makes it. It looks to be universal for all bumpers.

Damn!! That sure sucks. I guess its on to plan "B" and just have the body shop fill the holes in the Chargespeed rear.

That's my car in the pic. I have an original ChargeSpeed bumper & C/F insert. The C/F license plate was bought from "The Z Store". Cost $140, and was 3M'd in place with no problem.

if you're just going to paint it why bother with it in the first place...?

 

Because the Chargespeed rear has a big ugly hole where the plate goes (I dont know why) and I am going for black and silver. I dont want just 1 part thats CF and nothing else (that would look really stupid). I think I can get the body shop to fill the hole for less then the insert costs (I hope)

 

FYI: The ChargeSpeed bumper is designed for Japanes license plates which are much longer than ours. The slots that are cut for the plate are so wide our plates will not bolt to the bumper properly ( it will also leave a big gap on both side of our plates).

 

Just have a piece of fiberglass epoxied on the inside of the bumper and have it leveled off with fiberglass on the front side of the bumper.
