The discussion now is whether or not to display the emblem on a 350z/370z car.

My opinion is that it is OK.

i agree. A Datsun badge on a Z would be very unique. I’m looking for one as well. You asked where to find one, not opinions. I feel ya buddy. If you find Datsun emblems let me know. I found one, but it doesn’t have the curve for the rear hatch

One thing good about it is that some are the result of searches, which people encourage; so how to fault someone for bumpin’ them? Laff....

 

 

my tool box has an old Datsun 280Z emblem along with a 350z Emblem.
also an old old old pick from the mid eighties of my first car, a 76' 280Zx

I’ve tried to post “enthusiast related” stuff.... things about the EXPERIENCE and fun of driving/owning a Z car (Datsun or Nissan); but unfortunately, they are outnumbered 20:1 with “my Z won’t start” messages. I get that problem solving IS a part if Z ownership and this site.... but it doesn’t give me much joy in posting good stuff on an unreceptive audience, so I’ve sort of given up.

 

LOL, well my car's 14 years old and sadly with some of the OEM parts starting to fail those "My car won't start" threads are usually all I need these days.

 

I wouldn't put a Datsun badge in my car but I'm not against it, my form of old school throw back is the TK ZX badge, 3 of them to be exact lol

 

My journey started in 1982 with a slightly used (1500 miles) 1982 Datsun 280ZX. Last year for the Datsun label. Here's my driveway from a few years ago.

 

One of my regrets is I no longer have the 280ZX. The 04 350Z is the daily driver.

 

Z Fever is catching.

Had it now for 45 years and can't shake it. There is no cure.

I should have said 350Z is my driver on good days. 04 ML350 is my winter driver.
