Nismo Body kit question

Are they releasing it in the US? If so when? Also any idea what the cost might be? Thanks

They are releasing a lip only version. Don't know when. Even if they gave us a date it wouldn't be believable.

They have been pushing this date back.

What we have last heard is Mid December.

Ya' this is getting totally irritating!! They tell us one thing at Nissan so we pass the info to you guys... that date passes, and it starts all over again!! I finally gave up and put on one of our imatation Nismo body kits for the time being, but will change it out when we finally get the others...

the lip only means that they do not replace the whole front bumper. but only add a lip.

Jason,

so i could just add the lip to my stock bumper?
does that mean we wont get the nismo bumper with that different front grill like the JDM and replicas have?

do you guys know if the kit will be available in seperate pieces?

see now i just go that JDM "carbon" finisher which is cool but i want to get a lip and im trying just to do Nismo JDM and OEM parts on my car

The kit will be availble in seperate pieces. The body pieces are made out of the same material as the OEM Bumpers. I know that much for a fact.

I do not know when they will be out (they say mid december).
I do not know what the front lip will look like exactly.
I do not know what the official us nismo rear wing will look like.

We are expecting a "test kit" soon and of course we will share photos

They call it something different then Urethane, and not polyurethane.

i thought the OEM bumper pieces were ABS plastic or should i say i hope they are. If NISMO could pull that off sign me up now, i was always put off by the fragile nature of fiberglass and even urethane.
