hey I am looking to upgrade my head lights from the ugly yellow hue to the nice once I always see on here

I have searched alot just have a quick question. I am ordering from autoilluminations after seeing the results on here

someone posted the numbers 194 168 w5w 2825 and they went with frost lens super whites. I know these are the different blubs can anyone tell me what number is what blub?

the autoillumination site is kinda hard to navigate and I know 0 about lighting.

I emailed the guy already asking for help, he said he would use the superstar with the cover on it? this is french to me. What I have found on this site is not to use a led flasher b/c needs a resistor...pita to get a half dipped chrome one and leds on the rest..

can someone please sum what I need up for me, I always try to search the heck outa stuff before asking just cant find exact help.

hey thanks for getting back to me i actually check that site already from searching these boards....

so I basically need parking light and side markers which are both 168
and the turn signal which is 992(7440A)

but when I search and came upon someone who just did this they said they order 194 168 W5W 2825?? just not really sure what to order. If anyone just did this can they just tell me what to buy lol I hate seeing the orange bulb in there and no they do that half chrome dip or whatever but is that what frosted lens mean? and super white is that nice bright blue right?

If that's what you mean my "chrome dip," the appear chrome when not illuminated.

 

never mind pretty sure I got it autoilluminations emailed me back
so 168 is same as 194 and w5w??? just curious how this stuff works

Im actually going to order the http://autolumination.com/images/aut...cover_w_wm.jpg for the side markers and the parking

and then http://autolumination.com/7443_7440.htm its at the bottom the chrome dome amber turn signal...

only thing should I go with the full chrome or just dome? how visible is it with the dome? and it says dome is 40% brighter but dont think its a big deal for front flashers to be that bright...any and all input is appriciated

 

I love the Z store but those bulbs are 4.99 each Z store 27 for the pair

end thread just order ill hopefully have some pics of my baby soon. cant believe how long it took to pick out lights lol went with the autoillminations super white frost and fully chrome flasher after seeing pics of the frost and reading they are super bright why spend 9$ on the heat sink covered superstar... we will see
