I know this is a lonnnggggg shot and I dont think there has been a replica made..but im looking for the Top Secret 2008 version spoiler...if anyone has any leads if there has been one made....id appreciate it!

 

Check with your state laws though. It might not be legal because it covers a reasonable part of the tail lights

Also, theres alot of contact points on that one piece, ie, replicas ( if they existed) wouldnt fit well.

Buy authentic and ask shops what their best price is.
I got fully authentic parts for less than half price.. new. From a big shop.
