wtf is going on? You're 18, this is a lambo, you have a budget of $325? Did I take crazy pills this morning?

Ya I'll have to post pictures of the cover properly attatched tomorrow. The cover now fits snug, no wrinkles, and the piping (gray leather around the seat) is perfectly allined instead of all over the place. Just thought i'd show some pictures of the progress. Don't worry the whole interior will blend together piece by piece. Wait till you see what i have in store.

Looks really loose....

you need to make the leather look tight like the below pic, or will that change when you mount it?

I just finished mounting it like 2 hours ago and the leather is much tighter/snug then in the pictures i have posted so far. I will post pictures of the seat tomorrow. Don't worry it looks a whole lot better then it did in yesterday's pictures.

The leather seats need to be broken in. Most of the wrinkles will come out as soon as it is broken in. The seat looks much better in person to be honest but i hope everyone like the result. I have now started the driver's seat and plan to get it done no later then Sunday night. Stay tuned for results.

What makes you think the leather just needs to be worn in? I have never seen fresh covers look so baggy. I'm just curious.

Correct because it is machine/professionally done, but i bought leather that is very firm and much thicker then oem, and has only been stretched out for a day so far on the seats. Leather that is firm and thick stretches out of a matter of time. I understand it sounds strange but it is just the way it is. Trust me I'm soon to be a Doctor

P.S. the seats look much better in person than in the photos

Given your age, the fact that this is being done at home, and attempting something outside of the norm...I'm impressed. Good for you.

It looks great and half the pride comes from being able to say "I did it myself."

The other half is that you tried something creative that makes you happy.

I'm in for the finished product. Take criticism constructively. Well done man.

still looks loose, wrinkly, and that ruins the whole look for me.

Look at the gallardo photos... do you think they got someone to 'wear them in' on that brand new car?

Anyway, good idea, OK execution (i.e doesn't look too bad).

P.s: I think the white leather with black stitching in the centre bit of the chair (same as gallardo) would have looked better and matched well with the white lines down the sides..

looking pretty good...all I can say is you better have plans for the rest of the interior with them in there. With the sh*tty plastic interior they are going to look waaay out of place.
