Default Hood - carbon fiber - repair clear coat ?

the clear on my hood is all dull, is there anyway to fix it

the white stain on it is from me trying to wax it, but seem to just make it worse

Paint it car color, so much better than running around looking like the typical ricer civic.

thanks

I brought it by a local autobody shop today about reclearing it or even painting it the same color as the car and he said he wouldn't touch it, he said he's never painted cf before and didn't want anything to happen to it

nope hood works just like the stock hood, opens and closes perfect
