I had an ARC **** for a minute. I hated it. Way too small and low.

As far as the finish goes though... it is a passivated finish if it is truly titanium and not just "burnt Ti look". This is a way of oxidizing the surface of the titanium and is similar to an anodized finish. ie: it's not going to rub off very easily.

Edit: ARC polished burnt ti **** looks the best but is crazy $$$

had the evo-r
loved it
sold it
regret it

never installed so don't know on the durability but i looks awsome and the weight is near perfect - to my liking.

current owner loves it as well - installed.

There are som guys on the forums from R&D Factory that hooked me up with one of their shiftknobs that is identical to the one by fortune auto, and I will vouch for these guys till the day I die. I picked mine up for much less than those are selling for, but it is still amazing quality. It looks AMAZING, fit perfectly and havent had any rattling or issues with it coming loose. not to mention that that style of shift **** just looks sexy. I recommend checking out their ***** on google.

i have the R&D Factory Integra Type R shaped **** in polished Burnt Titanium... the **** itself is great, the threaded insert to mate to the M10 is lightly off so when you tighten it its not exactly dead center and it slightly wobbles.. i dont notice it all that much, and it looks nice. the price point is hard to beat.. i have it on the evo X.
